JOB OBJECTIVE
The position of Marketing Services Manager aims to provide an efficient and effective procurement and process application as it supports company's operations and order fulfillment. The role includes working operational issues with suppliers, providing strong client service and maintaining acceptable cost of sales. The Marketing Services Manager will be empowered to resolve issues as they relate to their assigned responsibilities. Teamwork with internal and external departments is necessary to ensure achievement of overall team goals.
TOP 3 ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Creation and Implementation of company purchasing policies and procedures. Ensure compliance while maintaining efficient procurement operations within the assigned scope of responsibility.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
2. Championing the Marketing Procurement Process
• Supplier Sourcing and risk analysis
• Qualification & Evaluation
• Award Recommendation and generation of Purchase Order (PO)
• Keep track of supplier service level, compliance, and standard terms & conditions.

3. Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company as well as to communicate the standard process and expected service levels internally.
• Monitoring and verification of marketing spend
• Identify strategic market insight, trends and management
• Management and adherence to KPIs
