Responsibilities
Job Description:
This position is responsible in monitoring and organizing the appointments and schedules of the Marketing Sector head.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures the timely submission and collation of Marketing Sector's Excom materials
Responsible for the sending of complete Marketing Sector materials to the Excom members
Preparation of marketing Sector's report;
Consolidates and prepares the weekly report
Preparation and ensures the timely submission of monthly report
Monitors the routing of various matter related to Marketing Sector Head activities
Other function that may be assign from time to time
Additional Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate of any business related course
At least 2 years related work experience from banking or financial industry or its equivalent
Familiar with MS Office, keen on details, fast learner, high attitude and easy to adapt.
With good communications skills
Good analytical, interpersonal and technical skills
Can perform with minimum supervision
Must be willing to work full time onsite
