JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE:
Collaborate with the team members in executing sales and marketing campaigns
Act as marketing and administrative support for various company projects (current and incoming)
Prepares marketing documents, presentation and monitors scheduled meetings or appointments
Conducts marketing research
Facilitates travels and client meetings or presentations
Other Duties
Provides secretarial and administrative support to the office of the Vice-President for Operations
Appointment setting
Attends to meeting and takes down important notes for the VP-Operations
Skills and Description
Able to work well in a fast paced environment
Confident and has strong communications skills both written and verbal
Trustworthy and can work independently
Basic computer skills including presentations
