Role Purpose:
You will be managing the execution of administrative tasks within the Global Sales and Marketing department to support the Marketing Sales Ops Manager to focus on delivering high-value strategic projects that move the business forward in its 10-year plan.
Basic salary is Php35,000 monthly PLUS Php5,000 Bonus

Requirements
1+ years work experience minimum in a commercial B2B environment
Fluent, professional Business English (verbal and written)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular, Excel
Strong knowledge of setting up and managing data, including a basic understanding of database structure.

Job responsibilities
• Collaborating with the marketing manager and internal teams on setting up and
executing EIMS's marketing strategy.
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Support Marketing and Sales Ops Manager maintaining the marketing database
including data formatting, cleaning, loading, entry, and analysis
• Providing administrative support to the marketing team
• Creating, running and interpreting a variety of reports with the outcome of
providing visibility and moving the needle when required
• Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
• Reporting on success and opportunities for improvement by monitoring key metrics
• Drive improved compliance of processes across the sales team to ensure
processes are initiated and completed within the agreed timeframe
• Encourage the New Business team to have great management discipline on live
opportunities and CRM hygiene
• Manage CRM data
• Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new Business resources to
ensure they are set up for success from a sales operations perspective.
