Job Description
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our insurance products and services, utilizing both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Lead the sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Ensure effective customer service operations, including timely and accurate handling of inquiries, complaints, and claims.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to generate insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth. Experience in implementing digital and social media marketing channels will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices.
