About the Team & Business Line:
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.
Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Your Role:
You will input and record data in the client relationship management (CRM) database
You will support the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual updates/reports based on templates
You will input the proposal information into the internal database
You will provide assistance on ad hoc projects such as pricing quotes
You will provide on occasion, basic technical support for Business Developers using the leads database
You will perform other tasks as may be required from time to time
About You:
You are a graduate of Marketing or courses with data-related focus
You have at least 1 year relevant work experience in an international organization
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
You practice good judgement in terms of handling information that may be confidential
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
