RingCentral is hiring an Integrated Acquisitions Analytics Manager to join our Customer Data team at our office in Mandaluyong City. He/she will be responsible for working across multiple departments to support initiatives surrounding RingCentral's demand funnel, end to end lead lifecycle and overall enhancement of RingCentral's pipeline generation. The candidate must be comfortable with database manipulation and analytics, data modeling, interpretation and communication of analysis in addition to the use of systems including Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both sales methodologies and processes in addition to overall marketing analytics.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Identify improvement opportunities and develop creative solutions that optimize Customer Data insights, machine learning
Optimize business analytics by implementing automation and machine learning related to customer data (ie: segment, sector, demographics, propensity models, accuracy)
Provide analytics support for management to gain insight and drive business planning based on data and statistical methods
Work in partnership with team to build dashboards, reports, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive change
Assess and document key steps: problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution recommendations
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, business services, marketing) to ensure cross systems data integrity

Qualifications And Desired Skills
More than 3 Years of business process design or consulting experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Salesforce
Ability to build automation using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, programming, etc.
Ability to work on large databases and synthesize into useful reports and dashboards
Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills
Ability to drive change and influence individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills
Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously
Experience documenting processes using project management methodologies
Ability to work in a self-directed manner
Willing to do night shifts
