We are urgently hiring a Marketing Officer to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote tour packages, travel products, and services.
Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
Create engaging content such as blogs, posts, videos, and promotional materials.
Organize and participate in travel expos, community events, and promotional collaborations.
Coordinate with third-party agencies or influencers when needed.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
Maintain relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and other partners.
Stay updated on tourism trends, competitors, and new marketing techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing (portfolio is required)
Proficiency in digital marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, resourceful, and results-driven.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Knowledge of travel destinations (especially local/regional) is an advantage.
