MARKETING OFFICER
Reports to: Marketing Manager / General Manager
 
Job Purpose
 
The Marketing Officer supports the execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role focuses on both traditional and digital marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on social media management, content creation, and promotional activities to drive business growth.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Marketing Strategy & Market Analysis
Assist in conducting market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Support the execution of marketing strategies that align with business goals, including promotions and pricing strategies.
Contribute to the development of the Marketing Plan by providing insights and recommendations.
Assist in implementing branding strategies to strengthen the company's market presence.
Marketing Communication & Social Media Management
Create and manage engaging content for marketing materials, including menus, advertisements, and promotional collateral.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and traditional marketing platforms.
Oversee the company's social media presence, including:
Planning and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
Engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing online community interactions.
Monitoring social media trends and adjusting strategies for better engagement.
Work closely with the Graphic Artist/Marketing Assistant to coordinate photography, videography, and design elements for campaigns.
Track and analyze social media metrics, providing reports on performance and engagement.
Manage online reviews and customer feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Performance & Delivery
Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns to achieve sales and engagement targets.
Support guest communications through email promotions, event invitations, and newsletters.
Conduct basic analysis of marketing trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
Ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives in line with company objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
Build relationships with suppliers, media representatives, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
Support collaborations with corporate accounts and event organizers to create marketing partnerships.
Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the marketing team.
Management & Administrative Support
Assist in supervising junior marketing staff and providing guidance on campaign execution.
Ensure compliance with company branding guidelines and marketing protocols.
Coordinate with suppliers for marketing materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Financial & Budget Management
Monitor marketing expenses to ensure alignment with the budget.
Assist in tracking the return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns.
Support financial forecasting and cash flow management related to marketing initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Growth in brand awareness, customer engagement, and online presence.
Effective execution of social media and marketing campaigns.
Increase in customer inquiries, reservations, and revenue from marketing initiatives.
Positive online reviews and social media engagement.
Timely completion of marketing projects and adherence to budget.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of social media management and content creation.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
Basic graphic design and photography/videography skills are a plus.
