Job Description
I. GENERAL ROLE:
Primarily responsible for driving the company’'s growth and success through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales strategies. This encompasses identifying market opportunities, developing marketing plans, and executing campaigns across various channels. The incumbent shall also be responsible for:
● enhancing brand awareness, acquiring new customers and franchisees, and ensuring to maintain a competitive edge in the industry;
● ensuring exceptional customer interactions across all touchpoints, both online and offline;
● improving customer satisfaction, fostering long-term customer loyalty, providing support to ensure smooth service delivery; and
● crafting initiatives related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
II. RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Marketing and Sales
● Prepare a comprehensive Marketing Plan with budget on a quarterly basis, in collaboration with the Marketing Consultant.
● Conduct research to:
○ Understand the current market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
○ Identify growth sectors and opportunities.
○ Develop new products with product price analysis.
● Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Food Panda and Grab Food promotions and campaigns.
● Monitor marketing and sales performance to adjust strategies, as needed.
● Collaborate with other departments to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.
● Design and create marketing collaterals, posters, and artcards.
○ Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and channels.
● Raise brand awareness by attending marketing events and activities.
● Facilitate product launches and promotional campaigns.
● Coordinate with external partners such as Vloggers, Influencers, and Event/Bazaar Organizers for marketing deals and initiatives.
● Represent WL for marketing-related and brand concerns involving stakeholders (franchisees, clients, event organizers, etc).
B. Social Media Management
● Oversee and manage WL’s social media platforms.
○ Prepare and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
○ Monitor social media performance metrics to improve customer engagement, reach and retention, as needed.
○ Manage and ensure growth for WL’s social media presence.
● Create engaging content for various platforms, including websites and social media.
○ Ensure all content is accurate and aligned with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Collaborate with designers or multimedia experts, as needed.
C. Customer Service and Experience
● Handle customer inquiries received in-person or via phone, email, social media and delivery partner platforms providing accurate and timely information.
● Respond to and resolve customer complaints in close coordination with the responsible department/unit.
● Monitor and consolidate reviews received from Food Panda, Grab Food and all social media platforms.
○ Ensure to escalate areas of concern to the top management.
● Gather and analyze overall customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
D. Corporate Social Responsibility
● Plan and execute CSR programs and projects such as, but not limited to, community outreach and environmental sustainability.
● Build and maintain partnerships with non-profit, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
● Provide detailed reports and analysis to top management of CSR activities, outcomes, and impacts.
E. Others
● Develop strategies to source additional franchisees.
● Conduct orientation for potential franchisees.
● Serve as point-of-contact for crisis management which may affect WL’s brand and operations.
● Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
