The Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, and creating original, high-quality content and marketing campaigns for the company's social media digital platforms.
 
The goal is to reach the target audience and increase brand awareness, sales, engagement, and loyalty.
 
Job Description:
Write, edit, proofread, improve, and deliver engaging content to the audience regularly.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence
Create content and campaigns for a variety of platforms, including but not limited to the company's official website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
Research content and consumer trends to define and ideate content goals.
Analysis of web traffic metrics and optimization of content
Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
Strong knowledge of digital content/marketing.
With vast experience in digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate ideas into actionable marketing plans.
Be able to create, handle, and supervise projects, reports or updates of given tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Expert in Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in social media analytics.
