MARKETING OFFICER
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or medical-related courses
At least two (2) years' experience in handling sales and marketing preferably in a laboratory and diagnostic set-up
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Strong planning, organizing and time management skills.
Possess good analytical skill, keen observation and judgment
Adept in MS Office applications
Excellent customer service, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to listen effectively and respond appropriately, 
Effective presentation and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities with great initiative, will-do and can-do attitude.
Assertive; confident; highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
Shows maturity and has compassion for people
Meticulous attention to detail.
Can set priorities and has initiative

Maintain and update the Client Information database
Secures and controls in giving information or access to other non-sales and marketing employees
Provide information by making it ready and available
Ensures that all data are correct and updated
Send promotional emails to prospect clients
Conduct sales calls to promote Stanford's products and services
Send proposals to prospect clients and make follow up.
Check, prepare and consistently maintain adequate stock of all necessary sales collaterals or materials, e.g., brochures, flyers, price list
Handles complaints and queries of patients and clients
Process requirements needed for the Mobile Clinic.
Prepare MOAs for drug tests and Service Agreements with various HMOs and companies.
Ensure that all documents or contracts are signed by the client.
Attend pre-mobile clinic meetings as required by the client.
Assist on Mobile Clinic concerns and schedules.
Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned and requested by immediate superior or by the management
