MARKETING OFFICER
Overall Purpose:
To market and sell the remaining unsold units. The role involves developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to generate increased interest and drive sales. Here is an overview of the responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to devise a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on selling the unsold units. Identify target markets, analyze buyer preferences, and create strategies to reach potential customers effectively.
Unsold Unit Campaigns: Develop specific marketing campaigns tailored to the unsold units, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and competitive pricing. Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, virtual tours, and promotional videos to showcase the value of the units.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence: Leverage digital marketing channels to increase visibility and attract potential buyers. Optimize the J Tower Residences website for search engines (SEO), run targeted online advertising campaigns, and utilize social media platforms to engage with prospective buyers.
Sales Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing support. Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, sales kits, and FAQs, to empower the sales team to effectively pitch and sell the unsold units.
Targeted Advertising and Promotion: Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential buyers. This may include online advertising, local publications, outdoor signage, and collaborations with real estate agents and brokers to expand reach.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitors to gain insights into buyer preferences, pricing trends, and successful marketing strategies. Use this information to refine marketing efforts and differentiate J Tower Residences' offerings.
Event Management: Plan and organize events focused on selling the unsold units, such as exclusive previews, open houses, and promotional events. Collaborate with the sales team, interior designers, and event planners to create immersive experiences for potential buyers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role in a real estate industry.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive content that engages target audiences.
