Campaign and Promotions
Launch seasonal and thematic campaigns and promos.
Prepares annual marketing plan subject to the evaluation of the Marketing Communications Manager.
Plans marketing promotions and campaigns to support sales.
Prepares annual marketing budget based on proposed marketing plan.
Propose sponsorships. Evaluates and recommends sponsorship proposals.
Conceptualizes games and gimmicks for booth activities, trade shows and exhibits in line with the image of the company.
Implements media mileage allotment for sponsored activities.
Conceptualizes and writes copy for brochures, flyers, articles, catalog, mailers, online content and all other communication materials.
Assists in the development, planning, allocation and of corporate premiums and merchandising items and seeks the approval of the immediate superior for production.
Prepares procedures and monitors results of marketing activities. Submits Post Evaluation Marketing Activity reports to the management.
Brand Management
Ensures proper logo usage on all marketing materials as instructed in the Branding Guidelines.
Updates the Branding Manual and recommends changes as deemed necessary.
Maintains harmonious relationship with clients, contact persons and suppliers to ensure consistent implementation of campaigns.
Market Research
Maintain awareness of competitors' services.
Identify market needs and behavior
Perform regular market research and resolve issues that may arise as a result to these researches.
Submits competitive information on other competitor's activities.
Product Launches
Coordinates with the Product Development Group in preparing marketing plans and activities in support of the product launch.
Report and Documentation
Compiles and maintains records of launched marketing activities, suppliers, memorandums, communications etc.
Maintain database of clients including contact persons, contact details, industry position, personal information and all other related facts for client database.
Submits annual expense reports for launched marketing activities.
Make monthly reports/presentations and recommendations (proposed partners, sales quota, sales performance, process development, partner's concerns) to management.
Training
Development of training materials (FAQs and Memo) to store agents and vendors for marketing campaigns.
Conducts orientation and briefings for all concerned departments on service updates and marketing programs.
Graduate of Marketing Management, Advertising or any related course.
Research and planning skills
Good communication and presentation skills;
Creative and possess logical thinking
With at least 6 months of experience working on a similar position.
