Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary: 18,000 - 22,000
13th month salary
Entitled to statutory holidays and company paid leave
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's overall marketing and branding strategy to enhance market influence.
Organize and plan marketing activities, expand partnership channels, and drive sales growth.
Establish connections with new clients and manage existing client relationships.
Coordinate the Marketing Department's collaboration with Finance and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Utilize accounting background to assist with budgeting and analysis of marketing expenses, improving cost efficiency.
Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of marketing management experience, with a background in accounting/financial analysis.
Familiar with marketing promotion methods and data analysis; strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability in marketing strategy development and execution; successful track record preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and excellent leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
