We are looking for an imaginative and ambitious Marketing Manager to translate our unique vision into a compelling multi-channel presence and drive the aggressive guest growth our vision demands. This is a foundational leadership role with a clear path for progression into a senior executive position within a rapidly expanding hospitality empire.
 
The Role
 
As Marketing Manager, you will be the chief storyteller and growth architect for the Stumpers brand. Reporting to the General Manager, your mission is to build our reputation as the "Ibiza of the South" while championing our authentic community story. You will be responsible for masterfully executing a sophisticated "two-speed" marketing strategy: driving the profitable, relaxed "Weekday Vibe" for our international base and building the legendary, high-energy "Saturday Spectacle." This is a hands-on role for a leader who is obsessed with metrics and accountable for hitting ambitious footfall targets.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Evangelism & Image Curation: Take the lead in developing and selling the "Ibiza of the South" image. Your primary goal is to build a reputation for chic, stylish, "business class" experiences across all marketing touchpoints. \
Two-Speed Market Domination: Develop and execute tailored strategies to capture our key markets. This includes managing the sophisticated dual marketing approach: promoting the premium "Weekday Vibe" to international tourists (canyoneering/Moalboal) while building the high-energy "ISLA Saturdays" spectacle for the domestic market (Cebu City).
Community & Purpose-Driven Marketing: Act as the chief storyteller for our "Uswag Badian" initiative, creating powerful narratives around our commitment to community empowerment and sustainable tourism that build deep brand loyalty.
Growth & Performance Marketing: Develop, implement, and own aggressive, data-driven marketing campaigns with the explicit goal of hitting ambitious weekly and monthly footfall targets. Your success will be measured by results.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and manage marketing partnerships with key third parties, including tour operators, local hotels, influencers, and media outlets to create a powerful referral network.
Integrated Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of marketing, from dynamic digital and social media campaigns to high-impact traditional and offline promotions, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message.
Organic Growth Engine: Actively encourage and leverage user-generated content, transforming our guests' experiences into a powerful, authentic, and self-sustaining marketing force.
Candidate Profile:
A proven, hands-on track record in marketing, with strong experience developing integrated campaigns for a lifestyle, hospitality, or entertainment brand.
A strategic operator who understands how to manage a dual-focus marketing plan, tailoring messaging and tactics to distinctly different audience segments.
A results-obsessed professional, motivated by hitting ambitious targets and highly comfortable using analytics to measure, report on, and optimize campaign performance.
A purpose-driven marketer, excited by the opportunity to tell authentic stories of community empowerment and build a brand with a soul.
Highly proficient with modern design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and able to independently produce professional-quality marketing materials.
A creative storyteller with excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting compelling copy that resonates with a style-conscious audience.

A Competitive Compensation Package: A monthly base salary of PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000 commensurate with your experience and track record.
Performance-Driven Incentives: A powerful bonus structure with the potential to earn 25% or more of your basic salary upon the successful achievement of agreed-upon marketing KPIs.
Weekly Profit-Related Pay: A share of weekly profit-related pay, directly linking your immediate efforts to the company's success.
