MARKETING MANAGER
 
The duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Manager may include:
Strategic planning: Collaborating with the marketing manager or director to develop marketing communication strategies and campaigns that align with the park/resort overall marketing objectives and target audience.
Team management: Supervising and providing guidance to the marketing communications team, assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring the team's productivity and effectiveness and efficiency.
Content creation and management: Overseeing the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, website content, social media posts, press releases, and advertisements to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity. Must be able to Manage and Lead with the contracted Third Party providers and supporters.
Online presence management: Managing the Cebu Safari & Adventure Park & El Mar Resort, online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and review sites. Monitoring and responding to online reviews and engaging with guests and followers to enhance the hotel's online reputation.
Advertising and promotion coordination: Coordinating advertising campaigns and promotional activities, including print and digital advertisements, email marketing campaigns, special promotions, and collaborations with partners or influencers.
Public relations: Managing public relations efforts by developing relationships with media outlets, writing press releases, organizing press events, and responding to media inquiries to generate positive media coverage for the hotel/resorts.
Market research and analysis: Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target new customer segments, and stay updated on industry developments. Analyzing marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Submit these compiled reports and comparisons to the EVP or Director for evaluation and discussion.
Budget management: Assisting in the development and management of the marketing communications budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. A yearly spread is prepared to know the budgetary expenses and plans for review.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other sections within the Sales Department, such as sales, revenue management, and other departments such as operations, to align marketing communication efforts with the overall objectives of Cebu Safari & Adventure Park & El Mar Resort and support their initiatives.
Brand consistency: Ensures that all marketing communication materials and activities adhere to the hotel's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Training and development: Provide training and professional development opportunities to the marketing communications team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Evaluation and reporting: Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing communication initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing reports to present to management.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related Business course
Had a Leadership/Managerial Role for at least 3-5 years, with extensive Marketing or Sales experience in a Hotel or Resort - 5-star category with the Hospitality Industry is preferred.
Advance in Communication skill (written and spoken English)

Amenable to travel locally and international trips
