MARKETING MANAGER
Job Responsibilities:
Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and promote the brand, and increase foot traffic and sales.
Ensures and monitors activities/events (end-to-end process).
Suggest programs and activities to help struggling tenants/stores.
Leads the annual strategic planning sessions for the department.
Manages and ensures that company activities and company communication are aligned with the brand.
Expands and maintains good customer relationships with networks and communities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related course. A master's degree in any business/marketing-related course is an advantage.
Should have at least five (5) years of experience in marketing or any relevant experience
Should have at least two (2) years of experience as a manager.
Experience in the leasing and/or retail industry is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.
Adept in any marketing software/tools.
Ability to motivate people, lead the team, and reach the target.
Salary Range: 40,000 to 100,000
