Job Description
UpStaff Inc. is a company specialized in providing dedicated remote accounting professionals based in the Philippines and other offshore staffing services to global companies that are looking for an alternative staffing set up.
Our objective is to help foreign firms to support their accounting functions in a cost- effective and efficient way.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to execute marketing campaigns, manage the company social media
profiles and other related digital marketing activities.Working for our Singapore based client gives you the opportunity to experience a fast-paced, B-to-B consulting environment first-hand. The position involves working directly with the Management team with a regional exposure.
In this position you will be able to develop your skills for:
SEO
Content creation
Paid Campaigns
Event organisation
Online postings
Community Management.
This position will allow you to increase your hands-on experience with a large range of marketing activities within a rapidly expanding company with presence in 4 countries (Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Thailand) so far.
The campaigns and materials will be redacted in English and aimed at a global audience, so you need to have a high English proficiency.
Responsibilities
Support the planning, creation and posting of content on Social Media platforms
Community Management activities on Social Media Platforms
Support the setup of paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook and Google
Assist to monitor tracking and reporting of campaign results
Support the preparation and organization of Hybrid and Live Events
Think creatively, develop new designs and maintain current knowledge of industry / category trends and best digital marketing practices; make recommendations to improve current programs & processes
Keep up to date with competitor intelligence (Digital presence & activity, promos, etc.)
Create and write content to be published on our platform and social media accounts
Support SEO improvement keyword research, onsite SEO, etc.
Support the execution email marketing campaigns and push campaigns on our websites and social media platforms
Develop your skills that will both benefit the client and yourself!
Other ad-hoc marketing duties as required.
Requirements
At least two (2) years of experience in Digital Marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a similar field:
REQUIRED: High proficiency in English with Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop/Canva, marketing suites
Willingness to grow and learn - this position will be an opportunity to develop your skills and at the same time bring value to the company
Meticulous and strong attention to details
Hardworking and dedicated outlook
Team player & can work independently under pressure
Keen interest in social medial and digital marketing
Candidates with experience in LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Ads preferred
Previous working experience in digital marketing
Working Arrangement
Working hours shall be from 9am - 6pm SGT with 1 hour break from Monday to Friday
