Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Develop annual marketing strategies designed to drive revenue growth and targets via all channels (traditional and digital) in alignment with the overall business growth objectives of the company.
Work alongside the sales teams to enact a deep understanding of the target corporate client base with regards to segment and geographical area.
Create, support, and roll out campaigns that are customer-focused, with specific attention paid to leads capture.
Identify target customer segments and provide a data-based summary as presented to potential customers.
Manage the brand messaging on all channels while ensuring that copy, brand guidelines, advertising messaging, and tone-on-brand are aligned across SEO, social media, campaigns, digital advertising, and other tactics.
Collaboratively build and maintain customer and prospect personas alongside stakeholders and take an active part in the alignment and cohesion of the product promotion within the campaign - supporting teams such as brand and product management.
Provide accurate and frequent forecast, campaigns rest results, ROI analysis of the campaign, and activity for continuous learning, revisit where necessary, and renewal of strategy to grow.
Continuous campaign optimization drive - engagement, conversion, churn rate, etc. Lead open dialog with sales department and the wider team to identify how relationship building support should be provided, the anticipated turnover in terms of customer lifespan and share of wallet growth per campaign and potential subsequent campaigns.

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
5 years of experience
