Job Description
OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
Manages the daily workflow of the department
Leads marketing campaigns and branding initiatives
Monitors and tracks effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Oversees the design and production of promotional materials, digital content, and print materials
Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management
Works with the executive team, marketing managers, department heads, to set the marketing strategy for the brands
Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies
Collaborates in the development of new products
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree in the field of Business Management, Marketing, or related Social Science course with equivalent experience
Proven marketing management experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent skills in interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time management
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Expert understanding of service and product
Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure
