Job responsibilities:
» Deploy prosperous marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
» Develop other distributors nationwide.
» Handle the marketing and promotion through social media of Etap and its Distributors.
» Standardize the customer help desk of all our distributors by creating a template for customer handling using our Mantis program.
» Conduct training programs to improve the customer help desk of our distributors.
» Monitor customer complaints and calling out our distributors making sure that all customer complaints are addressed and the users are contacted personally.
» Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
» Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
» Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
Requirements:
Appropriate qualifications:
» Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
» At least 3-5 Years of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Required Skill(s): Good organization and planning expertise, Strong attention to detail, communication expertise and networking capability, Commercial consciousness, Creativity, and writing expertise
» Excellent written and verbal communication expertise
» Proven practice developing marketing plans and campaigns
» Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making expertise
» practiced in B2B and B2C Marketing.
» Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
» expertiseable in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Copywrite.
» Must have a skill with creating/editing video, copy, and graphics materials.
» A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication.
» Background with SEO is a PLUS!
