Role
Responsible for handling and managing a marketing team to push out marketing projects in funnels, designs, social media, creatives, media buying.
Responsibilities
Lead efforts to conceptualize, develop and execute online marketing campaigns
Managing onsite content and merchant pages, as well as ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly
Brief and oversee the work of internal agencies, such as designers, partnership, and ad-sales team, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
Use data to analyse campaign performance to derive insights to drive meaningful optimization
Regularly review analytics and metrics to report on campaign performance
Results
Launch Marketing projects before strict deadlines
Create a Project Management System to ensure projects launch smoothly
Ensure marketing team hit their KPIs
Requirements
Excellent Written and Oral Proficiency Skills
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with project management Software, eg. Trello, Asana, Basecamp
Familiar with tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google doc, Google Sheet
Interpersonal Teamwork Skills
Unafraid to get hands dirty in a start-up environment to drive measurable outcomes through creative marketing campaigns
