Marketing Manager
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a graduate of BS Marketing or any related courses from a reputable school.
With at least 5 years marketing experience preferable gained from automotive industry, of which should be in a managerial capacity
With extensive experience in digital marketing
With excellent communication skills both spoken and written
With honed leadership skills
With Advance skills in public and media platforms
With good skills in project management
Must be good in planning and execution
With working experience in photo and video editing.
Summary of Responsibilities
Primary responsible for planning and developing effective marketing techniques to promote and analyze the brand performance. Conceptualizes and ensures timely execution of marketing activities such as multimedia advertising. PR, marketing communications, strategies, promotional literature, and creative advertising to disseminate information and publicize the brand's products and services to multimedia platforms. Also responsible for conducting research and evaluating new product in the market.
Responsibilities
1. Proposes and conceptualize effective marketing strategies and initiatives that will help promote and position the brand in the market
2. Closely ,monitors the implementation of Marketing Plans and Programs to ensure timely execution
3. Sniffs out current market complain
4. Monitors brand performance (monthly)
a. Sell-in: sales to dealers
b. Sell-out: sales to customers
5. Regularly monitors and maintains a benchmarking of all products vs. other brands of similar products (quarterly)
a. Research about competitors- products, pricing, specs, promos, branches, etc.
b. Attend exhibits to benchmark execution ideas of product lines
c. Visit competitors showrooms
d. Conduct market research and analysis (National and regional data)
6. Keeps a master file of updated vehicle specifications and assigned products
7. Represents the brand at creative meetings, including photo and films shoots.
8. Initiates Test Drive activities with motoring idea
9. Conducts brand performance analysis and presents the same to the top management
10. Oversees the development and production of marketing materials.
11. Oversees the implementation of company - initiated events.
12. Facilitates and evaluates sponsorship as potent promotional tool.
13. Maintains Media Relations.
