MARKETING MANAGER
 
Hiring Rate Range:  P20K to P25K
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four(4) year course with sales and marketing background.
Experienced in manpower services is an advantage
Can communicate well both oral and written to prospect client and existing clients
Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
Broad minded, articulate and can work under pressure
Has the sense of urgency and longing-ness
Know how to drive 2W and 4W vehicle and has valid driver’s license
Job Duties:
Ensure that sales target will be achieved monthly
Develop and improve ties with existing and new clients
Aggressive in sales prospecting and promoting company’s product and services.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and new opportunities.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends to be competitive in the market and may recommend best practices for implementation.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks, attending seminars and actively participating in any organization, association and gatherings.
Organize own sales team, sales staff, agents or sales representative in promoting company’s product and services
