Our doors are open to welcome teammates who can live up to what it takes to be part of our growing team! We are looking for a MARKETING MANAGER who will responsible in setting the long-term vision and strategy for our company’s products.
As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include the ff:
Set the long-term vision and strategy for our company’s products.
Plan, develop, and implement the marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies for designated brand(s) to increase brand awareness, mailing, social media platforms, forums, websites, direct mail, catalogs, SEO, advertising, online sales on ecommerce marketplaces, web shops, B2B sales and digital media.
Responsible for achieving profitable sales growth in alignment with annual sales plan goals/objectives
Ensure all products are listed across all platforms at high quality
Work closely with the General Manager to effectively integrate the digital strategy with other corporate initiatives.
Conduct pre / post analysis of channel promotions, developing a library of performance history, and adjusting business plans based on results to drive improved return on investment for all types of trade / consumer promotion.
Continuously monitor marketing campaign, market trend, competitor’s performance, consumer needs and brand perception. Leverage market insights and global learning in the development of winning business strategy.
Build and lead the team to achieve sales and marketing targets .
Establish the technology platform and tools required to easily scale and measure results, in cooperation with the IT department in line with the companies vision
Partner with the sales organization to create channel strategies that will drive growth with key customer targets, including implications for pricing/sizing and evaluating channel specific needs.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or another relevant field
Minimum 3 years years working as Marketing Manager
Preferable 3+ years demonstrable experience in B2B or an online marketing field. Other strong motivated profiles also considered
Excellent communication skills in English.
Excellent editorial and writing skills
Intellectually curious and analytical – you have a good balance of business, technology, and market knowledge and can quickly analyze a situation and ask the right questions
Experience with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML
Passionate, results-driven and organized approach, with an attention to detail.
A self-starter who can create and deliver scalable-growth plans from concept to delivery, including an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively driving to measurable results.
The ability to work independently in ambiguous and changing environments, along with great listening and partnering skills
Experienced with content tools such as SEO, analytics, etc.
Documentation skills and workflow management
MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Writing and copyediting skills
Demonstrated ability to translate market trends and research data into actionable insights
