The Marketing Manager / Brand Manager is in charge of conceptualizing and implementing strategies to strengthen the Jetti brand making it the preferred fuel station in local communities. This includes overseeing campaigns, brand activities, cross-functional collaborations, and team supervision. The Successful Candidate Can: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives including regional and local site marketing programs Manage and coordinate all marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing efforts, and email marketing campaigns Identify and build competitive advantage to increase brand preference Improve and boost the brand's social media presence to ensure that it reaches the target quality of followers/subscribers and secures new customers Build, maintain, and improve customer loyalty and customer database Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results Manage the creation of marketing materials such as flyers, social media posts, posters, etc. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively ensuring return of investment (ROI) Works with retail operations for marketing promotion (planning to execution of localized marketing promotion), events, and programs The Successful Candidate Has: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related course At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end marketing functions Preferably from petroleum/ FMCG/ pharmaceutical industry Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills Must be willing to travel across the Philippines
