The Position
Liaise with
External companies and suppliers
Relevant internal team members including Sales, Finance, Quality and Regulatory and other departments/areas as required
Roles & Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following (other duties may be assigned)
A. Brand Management
Plan, manage and monitor implementation of the Marketing Plan (including new product launches and retail promotions).
Responsible for delivering on all financial target through delivering effective programs.
Keep product and business knowledge up-to-date through close coordination with personnel within Roche Diabetes Care (local, regional and global)
Provide relevant data analysis and insights that could help in strategy development and program execution.
Effective development and delivery of product campaigns across all relevant customer groups.
Provide marketing support to the Sales Team in their coverage of healthcare professionals, institutions, hospitals and retail partners.
Oversee the effective execution of marketing programs to include, but not limited to, special programs, RTDs, workshop, advocacy programs, HCO convention.
Lead teams to promote & create idea generation that results in actionable plans.
Ensure effective networking with Key Opinion Leaders.
Enable the sales force to gain and develop comprehensive disease and product knowledge.
Ensure that promotional communication complies with Roche promotional policies
Lead marketing participation in monthly and annual product forecasting exercise.
Collaborate with LRSO following Affiliate notification standard policy and procedure.
Ensure compliance to all sales management processes and practices and divisional standards.
B. Customer Service Center
Manage and provide supervision to Customer Care and Service
Associate in the operations of the Customer Relations Management.
Plan and implement customer retention program but not limited to
SMS, email marketing, direct mailers and among others.
Identify areas for improvement in customer service center.
Monitor complaints/cases and ensure that the team closes in a
prompt and timely
C. Digital Solutions, E-Commerce and Social Media
Manage and provide direction pertaining to digital solutions including
Roche Diabetes Care Platform (RDCP) and mySugr app.
Manage and provide direction pertaining to Accu-Chek Flagship
Store in Lazada and Shopee.
Manager Accu-Chek social media platforms including development
of content.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Set performance goals & deadlines that comply with country objectives.
Organize workflow/process and ensure that employees fully understand their duties/task.
Monitor employees performance, productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Identify areas for skills / career development.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Education and/or Experience
Graduate of 4-year college course
Extensive experience as Brand Manager of good employment standing
Language Skills
Proficient in both English and Filipino (written & spoken)
