Ensure that the brands Sales and Profit objectives are met. Optimize elements of the P&L to deliver enhanced market performance.
Beat the competition, i.e., win in share of Power/Core brands.
Lead the process to localize the global and area Category Vision, Category Growth Drivers, Brand Growth Priorities, and Tasks.
Significantly enhance digital IQ through each brand activities by monitoring key metrics and identifying opportunities to 'test and learn
Define mid/long term KR NPD strategy with support from Area. Adopt global NPD projects and develop locally if needed. Ensure the on-time delivery of NPD projects in accordance with local consumer needs and regulatory requirements.
Adopt/Develop the compelling consumer & expert communications together with support from Area. Marketing head must input local consumer insights and regulatory requirements to Area/Category so that we can achieve the local communication objectives.
Demonstrate the expertise to ensures our brands are available and accessible at the right time, with the right offering, in the right place and at the right price to drive shopper behaviour change and purchase conversion. Activates our Strategic and Brand Growth Plans locally, amplifies campaign and always-on toolkits brilliantly offline and online, executes innovation launches flawlessly. Each execution is aligned with our Brand Growth Principles and with the relevant Moments that Matter so that our consumers/shoppers and experts notice and remember our brands.
Exploit global thinking and Toolkits to achieve commercial success with experts.
Work actively with the Sales team and drive RTM initiatives.
Work with Supply Chain partners to optimize gross margins, COG's and forecast accuracy
People management: Manage the senior brand managers with good empowerment and coaching. Build outstanding teams and strengthen capabilities of the team. Develop self and team by deepening the understanding and use of Marketing IQ. Support the Area Marketing Excellence champion to progress the Capability plans.

Strong leadership and managerial skills requirement

Knowledge of consumer marketing
University graduate (MBA degree preferable)
15+ years' experience in Marketing, preferably in FMCG and Consumer Health and had led a team of senior marketeers
Good English communication: able to communicate logically both verbally and writing
Strong Financial acumen
Experience in Digital marketing
Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity in changing environment
Good potential and passion to strengthen people management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
