About The Role
This role will be based in our Philippine Office and primary role will be to:
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of campaign related tasks and activities. This includes both online campaigns and offline campaigns for the brand intended to grow brand awareness and solidify brand presence in the market.
Partnership and Business Development: Work on partnership and business development related activities for the brand by exploring potential partnerships with other organizations like medical groups or professionals, government agencies, and other organizations that help support the mission of the brand.
Community Building and Outreach: Assist in community building initiatives by carrying out tasks related to building the community of the brand across different channels. This also includes outreach to the community and coming up with creative ideas for the brand to better build its community in the market.
Social Media: Assist in the strategy and execution of social media initiatives that include building the audience, follower base, and curating content of various social media platforms including Tiktok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Strategy and Special Projects: Take ownership of various multi-functional projects to explore opportunities, grow and add value to our young business. Undertake special projects for the organization.
Requirements:
Experience: Junior or Senior Year Undergraduate Students or Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably from a top-tier universities
Preference: Preference to work in a startup environment, experiences in a startup and ecommerce are a plus
Attributes: Data driven, analytical, curious, eager to learn & possessing critical thinking abilities
Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, G Suite, and willing to learn other tools used for tracking, optimization, and reporting
Attitude: Independent attitude and seeking to solve problems. Curious and willing to test and try new things
Language: Must be fluent in English
