data analysis Monitor transactions, accomplishments, and overall performance of Acquisition Partner Conduct calibration sessions to rate the same interaction(s), ensure process alignment, and uphold standards and expectations Meet individual and team acquisition targets Collaborate with Acquisition Partner in identifying
operational deficiencies and develop lean, solution-oriented, measurable training Requirements: Must be a Bachelor graduate from any course Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Trainer preferably in a contact center or
customer service setting Proficient in MS Office and Google Tools Experienced in instructional manuals and teaching technologies and platforms Has deep understanding of effective teaching methodology and tools Good presenter and can execute training course forward confidently Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
