Create static and motion design assets across Instagram, TikTok, email, and paid media
Design premium visual concepts that align with health, wellness, and fitness aesthetics
Bring to life seasonal campaigns, ambassador programs, and experiential activations
🧠 AI-Enhanced Creativity
Use AI tools to ideate, enhance, and produce visual assets-MidJourney, DALL·E, or similar
Stay on top of design and AI trends to help the brand feel future-forward and relevant
Explore new ways to incorporate AI in workflows to boost creativity and speed
🖼️ Brand Systems & Visual Consistency
Translate brand guidelines into clear, consistent executions across channels
Elevate typography, layout, and image treatment to feel polished yet organic
Collaborate with the team to evolve visual identities as the brand grows
📊 Performance-Driven Design
Work on creative that's optimized for performance-think paid social, UGC remixes, ambassador content
Rapidly iterate on high-performing creatives using data-backed insights
Collaborate with growth, strategy, and social teams to bring insights into creative production
✅ Who You Are
2-5 years of experience in graphic design or visual content production
Strong command of design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, Figma, etc.)
Familiar with AI-assisted design platforms like MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar
Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand tone, and attention-grabbing design
Experience creating content for wellness, health, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a major plus
Excited about AI, culture, and premium creative
A strong visual portfolio is a must
