Position: Marketing Executive Assistant

Salary Range: USD 1,200 - USD 1,500/month
Job Summary:
As an Offshore Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of our creative team, delivering high-quality visual content while working remotely. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and design teams to create compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and support our marketing efforts.
Tasks:
● Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including schedule management, correspondence, and meeting preparations.
● Marketing and Sales Management & Development: Assist in executing marketing tactics, projects, and sales strategies as directed by the CEO.
● Administrative Management: Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office.
● Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion.
● Marketing Software Mastery: Utilize various marketing software effectively to carry out marketing strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
● At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
● Prior marketing experience required.
● Proficiency in Marketing Software & Ads Platforms:
Hubspot, SquareSpace, Keap, CRM platforms, AdRoll, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, ChatGPT and Copy.ai, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Dropbox/Server, Google Workspace.
● Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
● Solid Understanding of Lead Generation Techniques: Proficiency in both digital and traditional lead generation methods.
● Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
● Background in Copywriting, Social Media Management, Videography, or Graphic Design: Experience and skills in these areas to support marketing efforts.
