Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Marketing Director:
Develop and implement maketing strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
Manage the department and lead the cross functional teams through campaigns, events, promotions, activites and other executions
Collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure cohesive and synergized messaging and brand identity
Ensure proper execution/ delivery of all marketing campaigns & strategies, which may include offline, online, traditional, ATL, BTL.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Marketing Director applicant should have:
Must have at least 10 years in a brand marketing/ management function, handling consumer goods or retail products
Must have at least 5 years in a leadership position and handling a team
Omnichannel delivery experience
Experience with CRM tools and systems
Must have a great track record and career progression
Must have a dynamic work ethic to match the organization's collaborative semi- start up environment
