Hestia Prime Pharmaceutical Products Corp is looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to oversee and execute marketing initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
 
The Marketing Director will work closely with another Marketing Manager and two Marketing Assistants to develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the company's products and services.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and potential growth opportunities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Manage and track marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources
Create and manage content for the company's website and social media platforms
Manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, to execute marketing initiatives
Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other collateral
Analyze and report on marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
Proven and actual experience as a Marketing Manager or higher Marketing positions
Proven and actual experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Proven and actual experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media
Proven and actual experience in measuring and reporting on campaign performance
Proven and actual experience managing budgets and working with external partners
Design software proficiency, familiarity with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch is essential
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
