My client, a premium luxury beverage company, are looking for a Marketing Director, to join their team in Philippines. Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Director will be responsible for leading a team to leveraging consumer insights and lead, manage and execute brand and marketing strategy for the portfolio of premium brands.
Key Responsibilities
Align with global to develop Philippines strategy for the successful premium brands in market
Champion Philippines priorities and align internal stakeholders in the business to deliver relevant programs for designated market
Deliver brand building strategies, NPD, growth plans and consumer targeting that are locally relevant
Report on activities effectively for senior management
Manage and lead a team of over achieving company objectives
Key Requirements
Comprehensive marketing expertise in FMCG / Alcohol or Luxury sector an advantage
Local Philippines market experience
Experience in strategic development, brand building, product launches and NPD
Experience working with regional, local and global stakeholders in the business
