Job Description
The Marketing Data Analyst Manager will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to the marketing team. We are not looking for a number cruncher who is content to run reports rather we are looking for someone who can clearly communicate and demonstrate where we can improve our marketing strategy and execution and identify areas for growth. This role will be an integral part of the NA & APAC marketing team and will report directly to the Global VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing data analytics as well as a broad perspective on how analytics can improve work processes and outcomes.
This position will provide our data-driven insights and reporting that help us make better decisions.
Day-to-day, this position will assist in providing in-depth analysis of marketing engagements through the curation of marketing's data architecture, development of holistic dashboards and presentation of actionable insights.
The right candidate will possess a strong combination of analytical ability, technical aptitude, and business savvy and marketing activities knowledge.
The main activities of this job are:
Overall MKT Analytics:gather and analyze data over all marketing activities performance, provide data and measurements, offering insights to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing strategies and investments over all mkt activities. Work directly with the Global MKT VP
MKT Activities Dashboards & Recommendation:provide data-driven to the mkt team to help them perform their activities always most effectively, allowing each are to execute their tasks better, making use of analytical skills to analyze their activities. Provide performance dashboards, derive insights, and make data-backed marketing improvements insights, analyses and decisions. Keep track of each area KPIs and achievements. Work directly with the marketing managers and each of their team members.
Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership for marketing analytics, generating actionable insights, surfacing new trends, and driving efficiency.
Craft a vision and roadmap to create a best practice for reporting and analytics, standardizing KPIs, dashboards, data sources, etc.
Provide insights to managers, driving priorities based on a holistic view of marketing, providing the data and analytics to enable the business to make more data-informed decisions.
Report on marketing KPIs including, leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
Maximize engagement from, and ROI of, integrated marketing campaigns via data analysis.
Collaborate with cross functional team members across demand generation, events, creative and engagement, to provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations across marketing initiatives, including email, advertisements, search, social, web, sales touch etc.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce, Power BI and others marketing automation platforms.
Track, report, and analyze web analytics, SEM/PPC programs, e-mail campaigns, and lead conversions. Assist in setting up, tracking, and reporting on marketing test models, using multiple data sources including internal data warehouse, web analytics, transactional data, and third-party tools (Optimizely, Hot Jar, Sprout, LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot Zoominfo, Screaming Frog, SEM Rush, Adobe Suite, Asana, AR Insights, etc.).
Review and provide actionable recommendations to improve advertising effectiveness.
Analyze and provide actionable insights from sales funnels and leads programs.
Knowledge leads tracking and leads scoring system, keep track of it from different marketing sources and conversion to contacts, opportunities. Create control and reporting systems of the lead life cycle with the sales team.
Profile & Knowledge
Knowledge and experience in the following: Data Science, Data mining, Business Intelligence, and Data Visualizations
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert in digital marketing data-related questions for the Measurement Planning & Reporting Team
Helps visualize data into actionable data charts and/graphs that help to drive insights, answer so what and drive actions. Help translate raw data into easy-to-understand and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards that measure brand performance across all marketing channels and deliver meaningful deep insights on key marketing initiatives.
Optimize and report on investment and relevant KPI's.

Required Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably in Marketing Analysis, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field applicable field and/or equivalent years of experience in a quantitative discipline
5+ years of professional marketing experience
Prior experience as a marketing data analyst, experience using data to develop and measure content and inquiry/conversion marketing effectiveness.
Experience building and automating management-level reporting.
Experience in statistical analysis
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex, concurrent, cross-organizational projects
Experience with data/BI integrations and data warehousing strategies.
Experience with Google Analytics, Adwords, Google360 and TagManage is preferred
Creating reports, charts, and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBi
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and use data to recommend actions
