Now, we seek a talented Marketing Coordinator to drive promotional activities for our portfolio of online and offline events and experiences. Working with social, creative, editorial, product, and event teams, you will play an instrumental role in crafting end-to-end marketing campaigns and engagements for our portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute event marketing and product initiatives, from ideation to launch Copywrite written collaterals for social, website, and EDM channels Coordinate creative asset development for event marketing, product initiatives, and brand activations across digital and offline properties Develop, maintain, and grow a database of KOLs for event and brand activations Coordinate and execute outreach efforts with KOLs and gaming communities Coordinate creative and communication strategy for community tournament initiatives Create, schedule, and analyze newsletters and EDMs Continually explore new marketing formats and creative angles Drive day-to-day event and community marketing initiatives Analyze and compile marketing performance data event reports, and external research Coordinate and support live chat moderation for online events Requirements: Passion for or emerging interest in video games and esports is essential Background in Digital Media, Communications, or Marketing Prior agency or event marketing experience (internship or full-time) Outstanding copywriting skills and a keen eye for visual design Social media native that stays on top of the latest trends Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player Ability to be organized and execute multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical capabilities with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making Strong portfolio in copywriting and/or marketing campaigns Prior experience with CRM tools like HubSpot a plus Native proficiency in any of the following languages a plus: Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Filipino, Japanese, Thai, or Vietnamese
