Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in promoting and advertising the company's products or services to potential and existing customers. Your tasks include developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, coordinating events and promotions, and managing social media and website content.
Creating, executing and tracking of marketing campaigns. You will need to conduct research and analysis on market trends, target audience, and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies.
Organize events and promotions to effectively promote the company's products and services. This involves selecting venues, arranging logistics and coordinating with vendors and other stakeholders.
Gather insights for the development of marketing strategies and to identify new opportunities for the company. This involves conducting quantitative and qualitative research activities, gathering feedback from customers, and analyzing data to come up with reports.
Maintain the company's social media profiles and website content, ensuring that all content is up-to-date, relevant, and engaging. You will be responsible for creating and posting content, interacting with followers and customers, and monitoring analytics.
Track and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). You will need to analyze data and provide insights on the effectiveness of marketing activities to your team and upper management
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in marketing software/tools
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, proactive approach and high level of creativity.
