Position Overview:
As a Marketing Content Editor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all marketing content produced by our organization.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM, Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Content Review and Editing
Review and edit marketing content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing collateral, to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
Provide constructive feedback to content creators to improve the overall quality of content.
Brand Messaging and Consistency
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all marketing materials.
Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our value proposition.
Content Strategy
Assist in the development of content strategies and editorial calendars to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and communication initiatives.
Provide input on content topics, formats, and distribution channels.
SEO Optimization
Optimize marketing content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in content creation and editing.
Content Creation
Contribute to content creation when needed, including writing compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials.
Ensure that content is tailored to target audiences and serves marketing objectives.
Quality Assurance
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all content is error-free, adheres to brand guidelines, and meets project requirements and deadlines.
Content Performance Analysis
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing content using analytics tools.
Make data-driven recommendations for content improvements and adjustments.
Requirements:
An associate or bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or other related field
3+ years of relevant writing and editing experience
Experience with Google Workspace and ClickUp (or other project management
platforms) preferred
Experience in the healthcare and/or SaaS industry a plus
Exceptional editing and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style.
Strong understanding of content creation and engagement tactics
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our office at Cebu IT Park
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 40,000 - 50,000
New hire bonus of 5,000php
