The Marketing Communication Associate supports the resort's marketing efforts by creating content, managing digital platforms, and helping execute communication initiatives that strengthen the brand, promote services, and enhance guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Create and edit content for social media, website, and print materials.
Manage social media posting, engagement, and basic analytics.
Support PR activities, influencer coordination, and guest communication.
Assist in marketing campaigns, resort event promotions, and cross-department coordination.
Maintain marketing assets, handle vendor coordination, and support budgeting tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
Strong writing skills and basic social media/digital marketing knowledge.
Familiarity with design tools; photography/video skills are a plus.
Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
