As an Automation Specialist, you will also have the opportunity to work with our internal growth team that is striving to be the world's #1 product development agency. You will be supported by a team including our head of growth, designers, developers, and other digital marketing channel specialists.
Responsibilities:
· Oversees data management, data architecture projects and data governance over the CRM and integrated tools
· Provides stakeholder technical support, training, troubleshooting, and functional analysis of CRM features
· Set-ups, analyzes and implements sequence email and messaging campaigns and conducts A/B testing to improve campaign performance
· Builds responsive HTML emails, email templates or other digital assets to be used for campaign distribution, and sets standards and guidelines for coding best practices.
· Promotes the understanding, continued development, and ongoing usage of marketing automation across the organization and sets standards and best practices for its use.
· Analyzes the processes, workflows and activities of sales and creates sales automation programs that increase salesperson productivity, conversion rate and overall team performance
· Analyzes digital marketing data and creates performance and statistical reports to be used for business analysis and strategic decision-making
· Introduces and tests new technologies to continuously improve the technical capabilities of the team and overall system performance
· Scopes and creates a plan for automation and data architecture projects and campaigns, analyzes risk, assesses impact, and performs and manages the project to completion. Provides status updates on reports, project progression and creates post-project analyses
Requirements:
The right person for this role:
· Must be a graduate of any business, engineering, IT/software development, or any related course
· Advanced understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation principles
· Experience in project management and data organization
· Experience in SQL, Python, and other programming languages will be a plus
· High proficiency in business modelling and analytics with Microsoft Excel required, working experience with Hubspot and Zoho Analytics will be a plus
· Excellent problem-solving skills and able to assess a problem by looking at it from a larger perspective, looking at external factors and dependencies, and being able to solve the problem by introducing solutions at each element across a matrix of different intricacies.
· Excellent English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing
· Excellent work ethic, initiative, and organizational skills
· A high level of drive, motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
