MARKETING ASSOCIATE
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
IMPLEMENTATION OF MARKETING INITIATIVES/SALES SUPPORT
Must work closely with the Sales and Brokers Network Team in ensuring the successful execution of Sales & Marketing Events, from pre-production of Marketing Materials/Collateral's, PKS Mats and info Kits
Digital Marketing
Website: Ensures that project details are updated (monthly construction updates etc) and ensures that websites is functioning without issues and the adding of new projects to the Website. Aids in the approval and proof reading of Social Media Calendar, Advertisement.
Public Relations
Must engage with and handle P.R when necessary.
Market Research
Assist in the internal market research activities that will be done regularly, such as Focus Group Discussions (FGDS), and create a holistic analytical report for newspaper clipping and competitive scans and ensuring the compscan decks are updated specifically with competitive projects being marketed in the digital marketing space. Conduct in-person market research activities, and regularly update and analyze competitors' data for management reporting. Such data is the basis for proactive marketing initiatives that he/she would like to propose.
Project Conceptualization
This includes market scan, creation and refining of value preparation, focus group discussion, name studies, comp scan deemed fit.
Master Planning
Aids in the creation of name studies, logo production, sales kit, lunch materials, marketing plan
Branding
Ensure that all marketing collaterals and materials of all projects are consistently executed in compliance with the company's brand guidelines as well as the guidelines of government regulatory agencies i.e DSHUD.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management Marketing/Advertising
1-3 Years' experience
Knowledge Areas: Project Management, Events Management, Market Research, Creative Management, Brand Management;
Required Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint); Communication Skills; Preferred Skills: Negotiation Skills; FB Insights; Google Analytics;
Growth mindset; Interpersonal Communications Skills, Extrovert personality; Team player
