This is a full-time, permanent, day-shift, office-based in Cebu City.
About the Role
We are looking for a mature and independent Marketing Associate to help plan, curate and implement marketing and advertising activities. You will be working with a dynamic team in Australia that has a high reputation and proven track record in helping businesses upgrade and install products to create a safe working environment.
For this role, you should be able to:
curate quality content, building strong marketing campaigns for a mix of marketing platforms - newsletters, social media and website to attract traffic;
implement agreed marketing plan including website, print and social media, promotional products, advertising, and trade shows to build brand awareness;
build and maintain CRM database, assisting the sales team in conversion of data to new sales;
coordinate with website developers to build SEO ranking, and manage online enquiries and sales;
Measure of performance
Increase traffic and engagement on the website;
IncreaseLinkedIn and Facebook followers;
Issue a minimum of two (2) newsletters per month;
Post a minimum of one (1) social media post per week;
Increase quality data in CRM ready for conversion;
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related field;
At least five (5) years of work experience in social media marketing or a similar role;
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods using search engines, web analytics and other research tools.
Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload and multi-task;
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent interpersonal skills with high proficiency in verbal and written English to confidently communicate with Australian team and clients;
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
