We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate/Supervisor/Officer to play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies that build our company brand and drive growth.
The responsibilities of the Marketing Associate/Supervisor/Officer include:
Supporting the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives for premium and mid-market real estate projects,
Coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and vendors to deliver marketing materials, events and campaigns on time and within budget,
Ensuring brand consistency and supporting sales-driven activities, and
Works with minimal supervision while adapting quickly to project needs.
 
Qualifications:
Work Experience: at least 1 year in Real Estate Marketing or related fields
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in brand management and marketing production processes
Strong coordination, event management and organizational skills
Can work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Fast-learner, proactive and detail-oriented
