JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will support the sales and marketing team in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the team to identify market opportunities, develop targeted campaigns, and build relationships with customers
and partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing strategies
to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Assist in creating and managing targeted marketing campaigns across
multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
Assist in developing and maintaining a content marketing plan, including blog
posts, whitepapers, and case studies
Support the management of the company's social media presence and
engagement
Assist in coordinating the planning and execution of trade shows and events
Conduct market research and customer surveys to inform marketing
strategies
Provide regular marketing reporting and analysis to management
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a Business-to-Business
environment
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
Availability to travel: Yes
