Position Summary:
 
The marketing assistant works closely with the digital marketing team to execute and measure the performance of content released through the company's official digital media channels. She is tasked to collaborate and coordinate the digital media strategy of the company.
 
Functional responsibilities:
Participates in the conceptualization of the marketing plan
Monitors the schedule of content release in various social media channels and tracks engagement vis-à-vis store performance
Plans targeted activities to maintain and improve follower count, reach and engagements, and lead generation to create positive brand experiences with intended audiences
Prepares reports on social media performance and assists with online community management
Helps in supporting employee engagement and communications initiatives by providing social media support as needed
Deals with all the non-automated queries and comments in all social media platforms
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, and/or related fields.
Experience in advertising, specializing in content planning and writing, digital/social media, and campaign development is an advantage
Background in online community management is an advantage
Experienced in various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and related platforms)
