We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our management team to implement marketing campaigns, create engaging social media content, compile reports, and maintain client and brand ambassador relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy and creative individual with a background in marketing, media, or communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Implementation: Assist the management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of monthly marketing campaigns & events to promote our products or services.
Social Media Content: Create and publish daily content on various social media platforms, including Stories & My Day updates, and regular posts. Ensure content aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.
Reporting: Consolidate data and prepare monthly marketing reports to track campaign performance, audience engagement, and key metrics.
Client and Brand Ambassador Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients and brand ambassadors. Serve as a liaison to address inquiries, provide updates, and coordinate collaborations.
Ad Hoc Duties: Addressing occasional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Social Media and Tech Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing and social media.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: While prior experience in a related role is a plus, we also welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing.
Creativity: Strong creative and content creation skills, with an eye for detail and design. Knows how to create graphics and edit video for reels is a PLUS.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, brand ambassadors, and team members.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work closely with team members to achieve marketing goals.
