WISEFUND FINANCE CORPORATION is looking for Marketing Assistant to be assign in one of our branch at Imus, Cavite.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews the loan application and completeness of documents submitted by client before endorsing to credit investigator
Monitors the status of loan applications and documents endorsed to credit investigator
Assists and supports the department in their marketing efforts/campaigns
Facilitates unlocking requests of other affiliated companies through online or facsimile
Prepares Daily Report of Trans-In, Trans-Out, Hold and Pending Accounts
Delivers marketing saturation drives and field activities as needed within the given budget and area
Maintains good relations with existing clients and sources new clients in order to grow the business
Addresses client's/customer's issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Handles customer/client's inquiries through telephone, e-mail or walk-in
Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of four-year business course
Work-related experience in marketing/sales or customer service is an advantage
Has good communication skills, marketing skills and interpersonal skills
Should be persuasive, assertive, creative and result-oriented
Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
Should have strong convincing power and teamwork skills
With good attention to details and accuracy
Computer-proficient
Work Schedule:
• Monday-Saturday
• 9:00AM-6:00PM
