Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of Bank Debit Advice for Cash Advances and Reimbursements, Commissions, Revolving Fund
Preparation of LC,TR,BG, Telegraphic Transfers, bank forms, bank auto loan forms
Manually record Provisional Receipts for remittances of HS employees when Treasury Analyst or Treasury Officer is not available
Preparation of check payments for suppliers
Preparation of check payments for bank interest, DST
Notify employees for information on the amount deposited/transferred to their accounts - CA and reimbursements
Notify departments i.e. Importation, Logistics, Accounting, Office of the President and HR on the checks prepared to their suppliers
Preparation of daily report of payables received - must be encoded correctly, particularly the amount, due dates and in segregated/classified into the following:
a. Internal Payables
Cash Advance
Reimbursement
b. External Payables (suppliers and principals)
Payments for Local Suppliers
Telegraphic Transfer Requests
LC Opening Requests
Log checks prepared for release - date and check issued and date released
Recording Bank deposits
Scan or photocopy of filled-up bank forms
Monitoring of bank forms - all bank forms must be complete, updated and with sufficient supply at all times
Qualifications
Graduate of any course
At least one year experience related to Treasury or Accounting
Proficient in MS office programs
Proficient in NAV or similar accounting software
Good oral and written communication skills
Willing to learn and has the initiative
Must be willing to work in Pasig City
